WHAT ARE YOUR CANCELLATION, WAITLIST AND LATE ARRIVAL POLICIES?

As a courtesy to others who may be trying to register, if you aren’t going to make a class, we ask that you cancel reservations in your online account at least 2 hours prior to the start time to avoid losing credit for the class (drop-in, class package and flex membership clients) or being charged a $10 no show fee (unlimited members). You can cancel your reservations in the GoYoga app by clicking on the class in your home screen and then the cancel button.

In the event you are waitlisted, you will receive an email and/or text if a spot opens. If you don’t receive notification, you may still show up to see if there are last minute openings. We do ask that you respect the instructor’s attempts to create space first for those with reservations. If you cannot make your reservation that has been approved on the waitlist, do your best to cancel in advance. We will not charge no show fees to those who were added from the waitlist.

For the safety of you and your belongings, in most instances we lock the studio doors at the time class is scheduled to start. If you arrive and the door is locked, please respect the experience of those in class and refrain from knocking on the doors and/or windows.
