“I love training with Kate! The Yoga Nidra training was very clearly explained and she offered a clear format to use in future classes. Anyone taking the training can feel confident in teaching Yoga Nidra and adapting it to work for classes of any length of time.” – Kara
“Kate’s laid back personality was truly in-part due to her authentic relationship to her practice. She taught, led and guided us in a way that was both natural and supportive. Helping me discover that I have something to offer the world, being my authentic self.” – Patricia
