“Liz is full of energy and makes you feel comfortable from the time you step into the studio. She provided the class with wonderful handouts to take home, breaking down the difference between Yin and Restorative. The information was easy to digest and she provided graphics of poses that can be used in both practices along with how to utilize props. She also included information on how to set up the room and how to provide a safe space for the students during practice. I highly recommend you attend her workshop, you will come away feeling more confident in your teaching skills and your personal practice as well.” Deborah P
“I have taken several teacher trainings from Liz and they have each been great. Liz prepares for her trainings thoughtfully and thoroughly. Because Liz is constantly studying and learning herself, we in turn learn so much about the poses and how to think about them in new ways. Liz has helped me help others by providing clear guidance on how to think about the asanas, fascia, and doing what is right in your body. We are so lucky to have a yoga teacher of this caliber in Central Ohio.” – Maren B.
