Reiki Level 1 – Komyo ReikiDo Shoden Degree
Our next program is currently sold out. stay tuned for a future program!

Reiki is defined as the divine, absolute energy in all living things. The practice of reiki transfers energy from the practitioner to the receiver, activating the natural healing processes of the body and restoring physical and emotional well-being. It is a hands-on healing method by means of channeling this life force energy. Based on the traditional Reiki system created by Hyakuten Inamoto, this training follows the original teachings of Usui- considered by many to be the founder of Reiki – and focuses on healing not only the body, but most importantly, the soul or spirit. The main focus of the first level, Shoden, is on self-healing.

Training will cover:
– The history and lineage of Reiki
– The many healing benefits Reiki can offer
– A series of traditional hand positions
– You will receive 4 attunements
– Practice Reiki sessions
*In addition to the in-person training hours, you will be encouraged to incorporate home practices. At the end of the training, you will receive a certificate of completion.

Programs Testimonials:
“Through the training, I gained an understanding of how to incorporate reiki into my life and share it with others, as well as all of the benefits that it can bring. The training helped me tap into the energy that exists in all of us, deepening my connection to myself, to others, and to the universe as a whole. I loved Susan’s laid-back style of teaching that makes you feel comfortable to ask questions, share your insights, and learn from and connect to others in the group. It was a joy and honor to be a part of it!” – Kelly R.
